Overview
The Swivel Armchair has a channel-tufted back made of four horizontal ribs beneath a smooth top rail, set above a wide, flared shell seat with raised rounded edges on both sides. The chair sits on a black metal pedestal base that tapers from a narrow post down to a round flared foot at floor level.
Channel-Tufted Back
Four horizontal channels run across the backrest beneath a smooth padded rail at the top. The ribs run the full width of the panel and stop where the back meets the seat cushion below it.
Flared Shell Seat
The seat curves into a wide bowl shape with rounded edges that lift higher at the sides than at the centre. The raised edges frame the seat without a separate armrest attached to the frame.
Pedestal Base
A slim black metal post rises from a round flared foot to meet the underside of the seat. The narrow post lets the seat and back turn freely above the fixed foot on the floor.
